J-10 is my favourite aircraft to play, even after unlocking the Eurofighter, it’s not so great at longer ranges but within 15km it’s very good, it can duel very well within 50km too but the CM count lets it down a little against larger teams

Just ask Algeria what they think about VT-4, they previously bought Russian T-90s and they evaluated the VT-4 and said that it outperformed their T-90s in trials.
I wouldn’t count on CN equipment being useless in 2025.

in next update, if J-10B is coming, for it’s DSI intake, it should have less drag and weight, also bigger drag in high speed(near 2 mach). also the radar will be improved.
engine is a problem, it seems early J-10B still uses AL-31F, while some later ones with WS-10. we don’t know which one gaijin will choose.
if with all these, it should be able to be a good EF2000 equal, except 72 CMs.

DSI intake was also stated to reduce the RCS of the J-10, which helped it in BVR engagements.
BAE is a big company, lets image something on ground, not in sky

I hope we start seeing more domestic Chinese parts on aircraft, the J-10B and J-11B will be great additions, but even better if they get the WS-10, and they need Chinese missiles on a Flanker

I wouldn’t be too concerned, J-10B used AL-31FN Series 3, which has improved thrust (135KN).
Absolutely love seeing the entirety of those little tank engagements in Air Sim get wiped out be a single A-10, F-15E, or Torando lol
Chinese MAWs, Chinese Engines, Chinese AESA, better chinese IR AAMs and better Chinese RWR are all things i look forwards too in future additions

Not sure, cause some states AL31 as 134 kn any way and it is channel loss that does the rest, whilst we know AL31F series 3 should be better, no evidence is for sure to prove so. Let’s hope for WS 10 beyond anything. Also crazy to think, but J10 has been in service for nearly 2 decades now.
