Not any time soon, as per dev words, it would be too uncomfortable for the players.
We do not only reserve such vehicles for the tree. We have a mixture of both where it’s possible.
It’s also worth noting premiums and event vehicles do also need to be unique and interesting to the point where people want them. “Reskins” or variants do not always achieve that. There is a time and a place for both.

But take a look at Finland.
The BMP-2MD is a squadron, the Patria is an event vehicle.
While the TT has basically just C&P with the T-55M being a slight alteration.
So in this case. Unique vehicles are not being in the TT.
There are 17 Finnish tanks in War Thunder. From which 5 are unique. BT-42, Patria, BMP-2MD, Vicker MK-E, KV-1 m1942 and the T-55M (Just a very slight difference).
3 of those are behind the TT wall. One squadron, one premium and one event. So 29% of the Finnish TT is unique, with 60% of them being behind a paywall…
That kinda contradicts what you are saying. There is no balance.

I am forced to play the 10th F-104 starfighter, 5th G.91, 10th Tornado, 10th MiG-21 and when i want to play something new… i have to pay for it.

What would you suggest for Italy Top Tier then?
Italy used AV-8B+, F-16’s. Both are in-game, they do use F-35 and Eurofighters sure, but those are too early for coming in the game.
