WT live will always be around for people to create and share fictional skins and scratch that itch.

Yes it is a different aircraft but fictional skins exist and if there was a EAP skin when people ask about the EAP you can just go it is in game
so you do know? it’s still good to know this

I’d really like an option or a keybind to disable the HMD in battle
But it wouldn’t be, because EAP is a seperate aircraft that never had any combat capability.
If there was a lack of skin options for an aircraft or a need to go there, then if course fictional skins may be considered. But if an aircraft already has a plethora of good skins to choose from, we have no need to create fictional skins.
Again, WT live exists for these reasons.

uk typhoon doesn’t really fit in this category. I’m sure there will be a WT live skin basically on release so it doesn’t matter that much.

If we do get the EF next update my bet is that 2 days into the dev server an EAP skin drops on WT Live

Again, its locked for PC because Sony/Microsoft say no to custom stuff :(
This is why we have the trophy skins. So some creations from there can still find their way to the game for those that can’t use the marketplace / WT Live.
The original point about fictional skins however still stands.

Still hoping for Tigermeet skins for any plane, sadly we cant have then because snail says no…
And current skins seem also to not get fixed
I just know that Rafale F4.1 ~ F5 used Scorpion HMCS
But sadly unknown helmet mounted display for Rafale F1 ~ F3.3
