It would make gameplay better for the people who join ground battles to play ground vehicles, yes.
What doesn’t make gameplay better, and what kills off GRB, is C*S point-and-clicking efforlessly 6+ enemy ground vehicles from 15km away without the ground players having any way to avoid or counter it.
Maybe precisely because of stuff like helicopters and C*S being able to spawn right away with ATGMs from the start of the match? And also because maybe it’s just too difficult and slow for the average player, a situation which is definitely not made better by suddenly being reduced to atoms by stuff you can’t counter in any way.

You said that Leclerc are limited because they are top BRs, and Benelux is a good idea, but now Benelux Ground has been added.
To be honest i didn’t saw a lot of german crying in a while. But i don’t read r&r often nowadays because planes makes me scared and you all talk a lot about them.

Nah man, you see. Because ARB at top tier sucks it’s totally fair to bomb the heck out of helpless tanks in GRB and Pantsir equivalents will make it hard to do so.

Honestly eurofighter leak wouldn’t have been believable at all until f15e dropped. Now it’s almost necessity to balance out top tier some. it gives 3 nations something truly competitive and doesn’t push the envelope too far. This leads me to believe that F18 will likely come in spring or summer and also will get aim120c-5 so that way it can still push the envelope but not too far. Sweden can get gripen e or a Finnish hornet, Japan can get f2, ussr can get su30sm or mig29m/k. Mig29k could be quite interesting if it actually does have its 5x reduced rcs from stealth coatings and materials. If mig29k dropped at the same time as the f18 and gets r77-1, i think it could be a good patch for both sides.

Some people really want Ground Battles to just be “CAS mode with player-controled targets” instead.
Hell, some people even spend entire matches without spawning a single Ground vehicle. And the problem is us wanting more counters for this uncontested air dominance…?
This is an old post I did, back when they used the “just spawn SPAA” mantra, but now point still stands, even though they now evolved to “just spawn fighter”:
Another example: bro spawned KA-52, then MiG-21SMT, then KA-50. Again, an older post, but point still stands.

And I thought that many people don’t like to wait several days to play the setup they are interested in on their favorite tank or plane, and also many setups are unbalanced… but it turns out that unbalanced CAS scared off all the players in the same 8_2_2, where it is literally impossible sometimes to find a match larger than 6 on 6.

Yep, that’s also a factor! The only Sim setup I would be interested to play is the very Top Tier one; but every time I feel like playing Sim, I go to the tab and see it’s Pz.IIIs or whatever, hahah.
also, a huge amount of tanks or planes in GSB are just useless, because 90% of tanks or planes are just useless if you have something better
