honestly rn the best thing gajin could due is add a top tier spaa update. We just got a massive CAS update that even challenges the pansir. An update that brings SPAA that match the pansir would be something that handles the pansir problem and the CAS problem war thunder has rn.

Yeah if anything I’d say the Su30 is far closer to an F15E analog for Russia/China, rather than the full-on bomber conversion that the Fullback is

Hahah, true. Maybe it’s a 1920s one, to be a 1:1 analogue to Mutsu; and maybe they then add West Virginia alongside with a WW2 refit Nagato.

fullback is more of a much newer analog to the 111F than the F-15E

Yep, it’s way more bomber than fighter, unlike the Su30 and Strike eagle which I think have a good 50/50 balance of strike and Air to air capability
Yeah that would make sense. Unfortunately Gaijin doesn’t operate that way.
We can only hope that we’ll get West Virginia (or colorado), Nagato, and Nelsol (or rodnol) in the spring. Or… y’know, Gaijin, this decade. Lord knows this half of the decade won’t be seeing them.
only thing is that strike eagle is a better aircraft overall than an Su-30 so ppl would still probably complain

The worst part is, there’s no way the modelling to create an Su-30 is harder than the Su-34. So not only has gaijin avoided my beloved tandem seat flankers in any and all configurations, they created a new model for the Su-34 that included a more complicated cockpit and bothered to create the first canard Flanker at the same time.
I won’t complain too hard, the Su-34 is iconic, and I’m looking forward to grinding it and using it, but I was expecting it at some point next year at the earliest, not in the November 2024 patch.
Crazy how spoiled US mains in here complaining about not getting a new Top Tier Jet every update, arguing about how it’s unfair Germany is getting the Eurofighter, when Germany never had a competitive top tier jet in the first place.
i mean if u are comparing newest Su-30 it would only be fair to compare it to the newest F-15E which again, beats the Su-30 in just about every category

The bug reports for the shell rooms and reloads have been acknowledged… I am hopeful!
Sadly not the bug report about Tennessee’s draft being comically shallow, though.
Otherwise, good thing I grinded Germany and Japan, lol. Both have so far offered me a much more enjoyable experience than “U.S”.
