Next Major Update - Rumor Round-Up & Discussion (Part 1)

when the other 2 EFTs being added from my understanding are CAS capable would be weird to limit the UK to an A2A only frame

yeahhh I feel that, arent they getting a new fancy light tank tho?

It’s just a worse HSTV-L that’ll be premium.

It’s super boring imo.

oh thanks :)

Yeah…

I kinda hate that U.S air is so extremely handheld while ground is absolutely neglected.

Specially because people are like: “muh US main don’t whine you got 17 planes”, and I’m like… I don’t want 17 planes, I want at least ONE tank with armor comparable to its counterparts!

oh damn okay I never really looked into it I just seen it was meant to be near to top tier

I think you are definitely pushing hard for what you want…which is so clearly another CAS plane.

I for one am overjoyed for a Block 2 EFT that carries AIM-9s and AIM-120Bs. I am sure many others are too, and the flight model should be fun.

The “early” air-to-air capable EFT is an amazing add to air RB.

Seems like either a worse HSTV-L or at best a sidegrade from what I saw. That is probably the reason why the leak shows it as premium.

It might be an interesting premium to buy during sales though, but not that fancy imo.

Just another premium to lower the winrates even further.

im just saying it feels weird to limit the uk one to A2A only when the other 2 are multi role, personally I am fine with either or I would prefer a multirole since I play more GRB then ARB (would also mean I dont have to research the Tornado F3 lol)

Yall laughed at me when i said the brits would still complain even when they got the eurofighter.

Again Brit bashing, shut up for crying out loud

mfw you purposefully leave out the part where I said I was fine with either and that this is me guessing what variant it would be. Look I get you want to make it out like all we do is complain but that was the best you could do?

Especially if south America was also added to Spain if there wasnt enough for LATAM tree

what's this from the IAR-93 blog?

I mean it’s a bomb, I see that but is this a new one?

my brain read that as South Africa and I got really confused lmao

bigger bomb

We will also have some notable advantages as well. Like IRST and LWR.

So it wont be the end of the world. Id just hope that the harrier Gr7 and Tornado Gr4 get some TLC to make sure they remain competitive and that the FGR4 came sooner rather than later

So much “I” in each post. I get it, but most people in the British air tree have waited a long, long time for a great air-to-air fighter. The Gripen was nice, but not really a UK aircraft. This is THE UK fighter, yet you are still wanting more.

I really did not think we would see this until next year and the last update was very CAS heavy so…

We are different people. I do not do CAS in ground RB and I prefer true air-to-air fighters, but I do not lament when a great new jet comes in whether it is CAS-capable or air-to-air, just very appreciative it is here!

I guess people will always find something to go on about.

I don’t think the US top tier ground winrates can go any lower though lol. At this point Gaijin is just beating a dead horse.
