F-15E itself is going to possibly get beat by the Typhoon potentially. The F-2 is not as strong as the Typhoon or Rafale in flight performance. It’s a single engine fighter. A full load is going to turn the F-2 into a fat bus, worse than the F-15C. Even the radar is questionable. Did you read the report earlier that stated the F-2s radar is worse than the F-16Cs and F-15Cs? So what does the F-2 have then? Better low speed performance?
When you flip flop on your stance, it’s hard to take you seriously. I apologize if it seems like you’re being attacked, but you should also see it from our perspective.

We’d basically have a EBRC Jaguar but bigger and crewless turret (so probably better in Warthunder’s META). Finally we are getting high tier stuff that is not copy paste. And with that, an ungimped Vextra, with Rafale would make it one - if not THE - best upgrade France has had since the invention of sliced bread

All of these have AESA radar options, so I hope Gaijin remembers that the current USA top tier aircraft can get AESA radar upgrades:
- F-15C can get the AN/APG-63(V)3
- F-15E can get the AN/APG-82(V)1
- F-16C can get the AN/APG-83 (SABR)

Probably, but that would just be a semantics thing.
I would much much rather have the current airframes we have now be upgraded to their modern configurations (and ofc moved up in BR) and then add earlier variants before them.
For the F-16C, for example, there are MANY blocks to pick from. The Block 30 or Block 40 can both be limited to AIM-120A/Bs and AIM-9Ms, but the Block 50 (imo) should eventually receive its 9Xs and late 120Cs.

The M44? Good question, looking at it on a face value, look similar to the M109s which would put it at the 6.0/6.3 range.
So I don’t exactly have a clue as I haven’t heard of the M44 until yesterday

Both lists seem a bit small at the moment, I’m excited to see what else is going to be added.
But right now it seems Gaijin are hell bent on giving Soviets nothing that anyone could call bias.

I swear there was somthing in between the 9M and 9X that was tested on the block 50 but I might be wrong.

The AIM-9R is between them, however to my knowledge it was never fully assembled.
