Can anyone tell me when Japanese CAS will be fixed? I don’t want to hear ASEAN’s answer. The Japanese have the opportunity to introduce appropriate aircraft (Ki-51/71, A6M7, the correct Ki-102 b, T-1A/B/C, T-33A, XT-4, FS-T2 kai, F-2 and others) and weapons (ASM-1,ASM-2,GCS-1,XGCS-2). For now, the only CAS aircraft available to everyone are the Ki-109 and F-16AJ, both of which are non-competitive.

And that’s what worries me the most. ASEAN will be a useful addition, but it will probably only be copy and paste, or, like SA in the UK, it will block the native Japanese addition for many years

I very much enjoy refreshed Abandoned Factory, it is looking very nice and also seem to got a few nice layout touches.
Is it reasonable to expect these map refreshes regularly now?

Yeah, I’m pretty sure it will be copypaste in the same way as they’ve added Hungarian planes to Italy.
And there is even less hope for ingenious WW2 designs in general.
Since I’ve been playing War Thunder (about 2 years), the only WW2 planes that have been added to Japan are planes from the event and battelpass, NOTHING for TT.

Even if ASM-1/2 and GCS-1 were added as only anti-ship weapons, it would still increase the capabilities of Japanese aircraft. The F-1 is a support plane that cannot be provided in WT.
