I just feel like they wouldn’t introduce the swiss 18C only to release the EF only a month later.
Gaijin seems set on their believes that the EF is too strong right now, I’ll leave the question of whether that is true or not to more knowledgable people.
I feel like june 2025 together with the next “batch” of somewhat equivalent vehicles makes the most sense.
There is some debate on what the max AAM loadout is for the Tranche 1 if im not mistaken, might only be 10 missiles max (4-6 IR or 4-6 BVR). Also could easily be mitigated even further by limiting it to AIm-9M and Aim-120Bs and handing out 120Cs to other nations
This is on topic: Smin revealed the UK (we think, he has not clarified if Barham counted), France, Italy and Germany can expect new rank VI’s in the next few majors provided all goes to plan. To provide context for why this is necessary, see below:
The UK received Orion at 6.7, which is the first superdreadnought and not very good, and this was almost a year ago now iirc. Something like KGV 1911 would have been a better option.
They also received 2 7.0 ships. Both of which were events, and the Renown the UK has no other equivalent to as her sister ship was sunk before she could be refitted with WW2 AA.
But then Gaijin proceeded to add several 7.0 ships to Japan so they have a total of 6 TT ships at 7.0, Russia despite not being known for being a naval power has 4 2, 1 of which could have been added to Italy also as their second 7.0, Germany has had 3 including Scharnhorst which is equivalent to 2-3 of everyone elses.
The discrepancy arises when you understand that the UK is the biggest naval power in the capital ship age. It would be like giving the US just the F-14D whilst everyone else gets several top tiers of the caliber of the F-15, Gripen, F-16C, M2K etc.
France has no 7.0 ships either and Italy like the UK has just one. In this regard Gaijin are ‘stealing from the poor to put money in the pockets of the rich’.
The UK for example should have received the pre-war built R-Class and QE-Class ships before Japan started getting Post-WW1/Interwar/Washington Naval Treaty dreadnoughts.
