Also leak lists from these figures are pretty damn consistent and we get them every single update… Wouldn’t be surprised if devs have a hand in it to build hype… Just marketing
Nothing wrong with it either. It’s a business at the end of the day. I just don’t buy that they have genuine ‘major leaks’ every single patch lol
Well… There is enough support evidence for several items on that list, that I think the list has some validity.
Like various datamines for SEAD related gameplay hitning at SEAD additions in the near future. CBUs are long overdue.
F-18A at this point is overdue so skipping to the F-18C wouldnt be a surprise.
Swiss stuff for Germany, no surprsie there. Especially F-5 and F-18
ASEAN stuff was definetly been in the works for a while and has been leaked fairly consistantly. With the Thai F-5 already been added (though has always been for Japan)
EF2000 delays are no surprise for most, as everyone hated the idea of minor nations being meta.
Plenty of comments in dev posts regarding economy gains, such as from base bombers in air and plenty of recent changes/nerfs to that affect.
They could be rolling in mountains of cash if they started churning dozens of properly made skins for each vehicle for the standard 200GE or at least double the amount of skins in the marketplace crates. I mean look at Fortnite or COD, how much they can earn from just skins. And no, I don´t mean unicorn pink rainbow BS. Just historical camo.
I´ve been dying to give my WW2 vehicles a fresh coat, not just the “variety” of same old same old 3 skins. We even have 10 year old vehicles in game still with just 1 basic skin (cough Me 262 cough).
Gaijin is a weird company when it comes to monetization. They do not capitalise on easy profit without putting much extra work in obvious cases (like the aforementioned skins), yet on the other hand they bend backwards to implement some overly complicated mechanics that often fk over entire community just to earn +0.001 % extra profit. It´s absolutely bizzare.
Aye, so it makes it odd that they’d suddenly reverse course and add it to China. Especially considering China has quite a number of potential Sub TT candidates, whereas Japan has very little
These 2 weapons are the biggest take-away for me tbh. Everything else is just progression as usual of WT. These 2 weapon systems are going to be new mechanics which are going to make/break nations depending on how they get added.
I really do hope gaijin dont just pull the usual “only 1-2 nation(s) get the new toy and everyone else can do one” move. Everyone getting a SEAD system/cluster munitions they should have access to should really be a top thing hopefully.
Though I do wonder on the balancing of them, given systems as far back as 8.x/9.x could carry them. SEAD 100% will need to be a top tier only weapon, but would drag systems like buccaneer sky high to use it.
Very long overdue weapons, so 1 hopes they are for “all” not just “the lucky few”.
Heck… realistically. Does China even need a Sub-TT considering they’ve already got China AND Taiwan. Singapore and/or the rest of ASEAN just seems OTT.
Especially with… current political tension in the south China sea.
Yeah. Those 2 jump out to me the most. But I fear that minor nations like Britain will be denied CBUs and ARMs like they were denied Napalm and GPS Bombs.
ANd even if we get both. I fear the CBUs will do no damage at all/will be at BRs where they can never be used in GRB because of SAM performance and the ARMs will just miss all the time like ASMs do
There’s no need to make a fuss about it and draw conclusions though. Wait for official announcements. Even if it is intentional I doubt even the devs knows exactly what’s coming 2 months from now. Things are subject to change and get delayed.
