P-1/2/4 could probably be combined. P-0 retained the glass nose. P-3 not only had a gun change but also extra armour not carried by the others.
I would ignore 0 (or leave it to the games final days, or if they reintroduce low tier events, maybe even a bad premium!), place 1 in the tree, 2 as a mod, 3 foldered, 4 BP/Event…something for everyone.
My only question is why its taking so long for a Japanese sub tree

They always say “because of the lack of resources”, but then proceed to add lots of prototype, fake Russian stuff. Since apparently there is more information about secret modern Russian equipment (2S38 e.g.) and older Russian prototypes, then about Japanese, Thai or other possible Japanese additions vehicles.
E.g. 2S38, Izmael, Russian bluewater fleet, object tanks, etc…

it’s only difference to P2 is Armor
I’d combine P1/2/4/5(only prototype, never flew)
and I’d add a field modification for P2 which replaced the BK3,7 with MK103 which is honestly a requirement to make the thing be able to grind it’s mods within reasonable time
it would combine all of German Cannon CAS planes capabilities into one pretty usable airframe
bigger than a Ju87, less armored than the Duck, less agile than the Me410 and slower than the Me262 but certainly more versatile than all of them
Heh if gaijin locked the He 111 H-21 behind a BP, I’d honestly not be shocked as it would be intentionally mean just like locking the Free French flag behind a Pre-Order bonus (millions of french ship players cry out in pain, for they now cannot receive such a flag).

Not even for Aim-9Ls? I think it could be spec’d appropriately for ~12.7…
I am still 50/50 on whether ARMs or subs will come this year and if they do I am fully expecting them to have issues as all new mechanics do…
