Nice

sorry smin but we practically have israel in game for more than 2 years now and we are still without a proper top tier SPAA and there is options for that, you can add the HVSD/ADAMS with the Barak-1 missile 45G TVC, 12km of range and the CIWS turret with the Phalanx system, that SPAA could be added, the SPYDER have several versions of it, Spyder-SR, MR, LR, ER, Spyder AIO, you can start with the Spyder-SR if you want it could be added just with the IR missiles, just with Python-5 the ground launched Python-5 have between 12 to 15km of range and the I-Derby that have 40km of range ground launched could be added in the future like the ARH missile version of the Type 81C japanese SPAA that you added long time ago in simple terms the Spyder-SR (just with the Python-5) would be a better Type-81C and now with 12.0 in ground i cannot see anyproblem to not add it, we have nothing to counter the russian CAS and its longer range air to ground missiles, what we can do with the chaparral in top tier? NOTHING, just sit there and wait for the KH-38/KH-29TD launched from 15km+ to destroy your ass, am not asking for a 1 to 1 counterpart to the pantsir but atleast for something that could make the people think twice what they are gonna do.

I do agree about the never-completed part, just that there is plenty of stuff in Naval that’s much more poor of state or incomplete than the Petropavalovsk that Gaijin has already added.

List of Incomplete/Paper Ships
  • RN Conte di Cavour for Italy
    • The Conte di Cavour Class Dreadnaughts were finished and had an extensive service life, however, the 1943/44 refit in-game never was completed
  • RN Comandante Margottini for Italy
    • The Comandanti Medaglie d’Oro Class Destroyers had a few around 20% completion
  • RN Etna for Italy
    • The Etna Class Cruisers only had one around 50% completed
  • Project 69 Kronshtadt for Russia
    • The Kronshtadt Class Battlecruisers only had the hull around 10-15% complete
  • Shcherbakov for Russia
    • The Project 68Bis-ZIF Class Cruisers were laid down and launched, although were never completed before the project was canceled
  • Z46 for Germany
  • Z47 for Germany
    • The Type 1936C Class Destroyers never really got far before being canceled, then both Z46 and Z47 were finally destroyed by Allied bombing raids

Not trying to say if it’s good or bad, just trying to lay down what Gaijin’s stance on all this seems to be. As long as it is partially constructed or laid down with a bit of dedicated construction, it can be added. A lot of these options in-game have significantly less completion or service life than the Petropavalovsk as well.

Honestly, I didn’t even think of the Nurenberg, that does seem like another solid choice. I still think the Petropavalovsk or Admiral Makarov is unlikely due to Rank IV being off the table for a long time now with it more than likely being the Murmansk (if it’s not something out of left field). However, a Rank IV ship would be nice to see to make the Battle Pass a bit more valuable now that its only two vehicles, and I hope it is something of that caliber.

That’s so weird to see “project” near this ship’s name btw, I would sacrifice new AA just to change it into proper year lol

Its sad seeing only italy, russia and germany having paper ships, i would love for the minotaur class, while the ships themselves were never laid down the turrets were built and then reused on the tiger class light cruisers

There’s plenty to add for sure.

Well, we may see some very soon. Since tier VI ships for all nations were supposed to come the previous patch and this one, we may expect the Italian Francesco Caracciolo and maybe even the French Normandie class, if the Dunkerque was not chosen.

UK didn’t have any either last patch so it may get something.

Hopefully a ww2 refit of a bb finally since we are the only nation with out one, im hoping for QE or Warspite, or KGV since at this point we could get her

They’re clearly not comfortable handing out the main WW2 stuff just yet ( that’s why the whole Scharnhorst situation is annoying), It’s certainly much more likely that it’ll be a QE class, especially after the Barham.

this is so depressing, tbh I would have taken it at 12.0 if it got its 5 second reload back, tbh im confused on how gaijin decided on pushing the Aritetes up in br by buffing them but not the same with the 3TD especially with it being the end of the line tank

chall 3 is worse than BK, only has the advantages of DM53, however, it does not have a deflagration pressure relief valve like leo2, poor protection, will lead to a very poor survival rate, I think… chall3 should swap positions with BK and place it in front of BK/2E at 11.7, while increasing the power of BK/2E to match 12.0 power, which makes a lot more sense

and how would you do that? out side of decreasing their reload you cant really change much about them

L28A1 ? maybe :3
564mm so poor now

I know what stats your using and gaijin uses a different calculator then the one used for that, in gaijins L28A1 would only be around L27A1

L28A1 is just a tungsten alloy version of L27A1 which is depleted uranium. IRL L27A1 is better. Gaijin calculator… L28A1 might be marginally better.

Or they could just buff L27A1 up to IRL performance. Fix the microscopic ready rack / give CR2s a reload buff and fix the 50 or so bug reports pertaining to armour

This looks a bit awkward, the current performance of the WT challengers in the top BR is really not keeping up with the rhythm, and it is clear that some buffs, ammo, and protection are needed.

The update is so empty that developers don’t even have anything to show in devblog

see ive learned the more you ask for buffs for the challengers the more they get nerfed so ive stopped asking

its goofy to me how many ships the soviets get, when the era of naval we are in the soviets were barely a regional power in naval forces, yet they get more naval editions then some of the actual majors
