Next Major Update - Rumor Round-Up & Discussion (Part 1)

I can’t even remember the times when fake devblog links were believable.

Or we just have a short devblog season ahead of us.

if the update is coming a bit later than normal could we relate that to some of last update’s leaks with delayed vehicles

Just as I said. I guess we will have to wait for yet another week for some good news :/

Just an addendum: If this update really does follow the pattern of New Power, devblogs didn’t start until the 20th of October-- the Tuesday of the fourth week of the month. Meaning it’s possible we may not see anything until the week of the 21-25th of October in 2024.

Also worth noting: In 2020 the update pattern was a little different, the fourth major update (New Power) was the largest and had the more meta-defining additions compared to the december update.

excluding the BP content that is

Hey.

At this time no, not currently. But rank movements and tree position considerations always come separately anyway. Its BR moving may not always lead to a rank increase however.

Is there a way to suggest a rank change for an aircraft?

I’ve always felt the Buc S1 would be better suited at Rank V so that it could get back air spawn. Considering its limitations, the lack of air spawn is quite badly felt

so either this is the major update and is coming later but likely with f-18. Or dev blogs next week and not like new power

I think that’s a reasonable prediction, yeah. One of those two options.

When there is an economic / rank change update, you can leave feedback suggestions there.

Friendly reminder for the doomposters:

  • 2021 teaser happened after 2-3 devblogs
  • 2022 teaser happened after 1-2 devblogs
  • 2023 teaser happened after 2 devblogs

Even if we account for the BP devblogs also starting next week, there is time for the devblog season as well.

We need a leap year to get back on track!

Tbh if they just made it so smoke can block it they would be fine, since the range of the brimstones arent higher then the pantsir, not to mention how bad the airframe they will be on is

In theory they should have a range of about 20km, but its the sheer quantity that is the concern.

As much as people hate the KH-38, the Su-25SM3 can only fire 4. The F-16 can carry 6x AGM-65s, most aircraft its more like 4.

The Tornado Gr4 in theory would be able to take 18. Assuming we did get a range of around 20km, especially if that is supported by a decent Tpod, not the TIALD rust bucket we have at the moment. Then you could just overwhelm Pantsir with a volley of Brimstones. We might actually become a hard counter for them, so long as there was no CAP.

But yes, its the mmV AND the sheer quantity that have people most scared I think.

where do you get ur info for leaks n stuff anyhow?
