If I’m not mistaken the lowest top reward currently is the SU-8 which is rank 4 and sits at 4.7, it is a bit of an outlier but there are possibilities for lower stuff as top prize.
True, although in the case of the Fw-190 it wouldn’t be unique at all, it would literally just be an F-8 with X-4s.

The late Ju-88 S and T variants were a vast improvement on the early A at Tier II. Likely they would be closer to the Ju-188A which sits at TIV.

There are several options for laid down but not finished hulls (at least as fighting ships). Gives the unexciting option of the planned early service variant.

The Pr26 and 26Bis are in game in wartime fits. As the ships served in to the 60s (some to 70s) and had upgrade ls to their system and secondary weapons it leaves an option for both TT and non-TT additions.
I would vote for the Molotov which was the longest survivor of the ships not already in game.
It’s why I would much prefer a fast twin as opposed to a large 4/6 engined heavy as it better suits the game mechanics past tier II.
Wouldn’t put it past Gaijin to think the exact opposite though and we end up having another useless over-BR’d PBM type with all the bomb load you could wish for and zero speed to use it. Something that could be hyped but quickly forgotten.
And torpedos you have to practically stall out to drop safely
