The prototype wasn’t finished and still had a lot of development to go and even the gun (if they existed) wasn’t actually decided on
I think wehicles in wt is not really a balance factor, but its equipment is more meaningful in the question of balance if russia, china, NATO, etc, gets its top ammo or almost its best it would be kinda balanced, the armor would be irrelevant at that point
