The standards of this terrible game fall lower every day. At this point just make up aircraft and throw them in the game.
To be totally honest i don’t think gaijin will add such a community beloved plane exclusively as premium and not tech tree, but who knows… (See french EBR’s)

Just because its in the SAC doesn’t mean much. Look at the Mig29’s which both lack r73 which is in the SAC, and also get the R27er despite it not being in the SAC for the 9.12. The aim9m and aim9l for the current f14s, ect. Even so, I’d rather not have another fictional aircraft in the game, cough cough f16aj. Aside from the F14a that tested the aim120, no other f14 even mounted an aim120, let alone fired it. While i’m sure it might be technically compatible if it had the modifications done to it to carry and fire the missile, it would be completely historically inaccurate.

An F-14A tested it using the same radar as the F-14D. It’s proven to be compatible with the airframe and systems of the F-14D but the integration was cancelled at the last minute. IIRC it was just a software update needed to complete integration outside of actually equipping the missile to the F-14D. It’s clear that it was planned and as such Gaijin could add it with AIM-120 under the “planned equipment” rule as they have previously done with other aircraft.
