It’s a 1950s project; I doubt it has the later missiles in the first place. To be honest, I’d never expected it to be good on the weapons side (I had had to be talked up to making it 10.X, I’d thought it was a 9.X at most)
I just hope it gets all the A2A missiles (and a bit of hope for the other one, but that’s unlikely). The Domestic Velvet Glove, the AIM-4 and the joint project Sparrow II. 2x, 8x, 3x, respectively, for missile counts if listed correctly elsewhere.
The AIR-2 would be nice (also on other things that could get it), but there is only one way I see that coming to the game
Yeah, honestly for many of these they just wouldn’t have been event material in the first place had the nation existed at the time.
They’re generally either really significant historically, or very unique (often from few options). This makes sense as event pick when the nation doesn’t exist, since this is the main representation for the nation then, but for the same reason these should be core picks for the actual techtree too.
My favorite example is the Finnish air line, with many unique aircraft locked to the premium section because it just wasn’t a fixed nation at the time. This leads to something like the unique Finnish D.XXI variant being premium, while the less unique pure import, an ideal premium pick, is in the techtree instead.
@Smin1080p_WT Are there plans for the future nuclear thunder event game mode to be brought to the simulator difficulty? With no markers and forced cockpit? Or is it only a consideration for RB at this time?
I mean on one hand it’s nothing new that there is vehicles that aren’t in game yet, on the other this might be a contender for the most well known Finnish vehicle in history…
I’d still optimostically say it’s a future techtree addition, but even if it’s an event there’s at least some distinctly different ones so there can still be a techtree one after.
Well, yes they used the impala, BUT the one in the tech tree is the italian version, not the SA version (yet)
So as much as that would be an addition that i really want, the class 3 litterally is the South African model and isnt in the british tree, despite them being the SA homeground. I know it was developed inpart with germany, but im not asking for it too be moved, just for the class 3 to be added to GB aswel. This is just the example, and i hope many more follow
And being developed in for a nation doesnt give the original nation ownership of the vehicle, just like how America would have 50% of the aircraft from so many other trees added to their own.
what actually about the the TT one is the Italian version other than it having the itailan designation as the SA version is the 30mm and single seat no
By this line of thinking, can we get Hellfires on the UHT?
It already has a laser designator and can guide APWKS and Hellfires are compatible with the tiger helicopter family.
tbf the TH-800 is german fully.
made by Thyssen henschel (TH). there is a variant with an olifant turret that is more south african that definitely should come to the game
can I please just have the centre line targeting pod for the F18E hornet the maps are too small for me to need to give up an AMRAAM for a slightly improved targeting pod at range when ground RB maps are less then than a 16^2 kilometers area and is only like 10km or less away from the airspawn.
@Smin1080p_WT You’ve probably heard of the new leak from the discord wich is talking about the Anti-Cheat system collecting data without permission from players, Devs possing classified documents and how bug reports are handling poorly. What is your opinion about this? Is this true or ,Deep Fake" ?
what kind of proof wouldbe required?
is proof that the prototypes of tiger which were cross compatible with UHT standards enough?
iirc the F-ZWWT and such were capable of taking hellfires and even could swap the nose with the chin gun
