Ive only seen it ever quoted as 26 from historical sources vs 30 on a KGV
Then they need to change it because in the IRL engagement a British 14 inch shell penned through the turtleback and into the machinery, I cant really say any more thats how it happened IRL.
Ive always been spawned at 13 ish KM which would be pretty good for a KGV.
Not sure about the gun handling. Turret armoue is 12 almost 13 inches, the Scharnhorst has that much armour and is pretty much impenetrable, yes it will yield a step up, but the majority of comparable battleships couldn’t pen it if they could even get an accurate shot off.
Reload is average but better than French and Italian ships and Bismarck certainly has its downsides if Gaijin finally takes the time to model them.

The cockpit area on what I presume to be the flanker in that image looks odd(could be the quality) and looks to be more like a two seater which I find strange
