They only way they can do it while minimising a riot is to add the F15 for American and then f/a18 for other nations and then the next update go the other way around

I suppose.
Also consider that the US military equipment fanbase is split to some degree, some prefer the navy aircraft, others like air force things.
So navy-stans would likely feel left out if other nations got F/A-18 before them.
Not saying they’re right, but it’s a consideration
It is a long shot but Gripen is more likely even though i prefer cf18 due to it being neater
I’m curious about this as well. Part of me wants to say no, because a lot of things point to the F-15 coming. However there have been other patches, like viking fury, where the US got a end of the line fighter (F-4E) and highish tier attacker (A-4B).
Seeing as there are at least 9+ examples of the US getting their own planes the same time or before other nations vs the 1 time they got their iconic plane later. I would say pretty low, as I don’t see the US getting both the F-15 and F-18.
CF18 would fit better into the tree yeah, I genuinely have no idea where the SAAF Gripen would slot in

And the fact that Canada is closer to Britain politically and historically, they are a better fit in many ways.
They even have the same monarch.

After the fgr2 but it loadout would have to be wrong on everything as the SAAF Gripen only had stuff thats too advanced for now which makes it messy

If we get ARH then:
Sea Harrier FA2
(with Tornado F3 upgrade)
If we dont get ARH then:
Gripen C for IR only
or
F-18 for IR and SARH
(we only really need 1, but more than 1 would be nice)
CAS Only;
Harrier Gr9A
Tornado Gr4
Those are basically all the options for Britain at the moment (that are sane)

Yeah this is the main problem. Both branches are just so iconic and have their own following in the US air community.
You can even see it now, as part of the US air players want the F-15 while others would prefer the F-18.
