true but not every nation should be a stand alone tree, instead we should just have trees that are regions like how world of warships has the Common Wealth tree, or the Pan Asia tree or the Scandinavia tree
I’m not desperate; I’m saying that things change, and that vague statements do not always mean only what they appear to.
What 's vague abt this ?
It 's not like they’ve changed their behavior regarding the topic in the time since.
Three years ago, and I wasn’t referring to that comment.
Like I’ve said before if they were to do that it would be in game already (a Commonweath one definitely)
Gaijin went the way of the sub-tree and it won’t every happen now.
It why we’ve been use Main tree+Sub tree for Benelux.
Our rules in this day are 5 vehicle lines and 2 nations formally in a tree. It’s what we’ve been working our these concepts.
And I am arguing that if they will be implemented into the game they will be in much much worse situation then current minor nations which already have ton of issues, problems. And your only response is see: his community TT can somewhat fillout all ranks.
I am working with the probable Gaijin’s implementation and you are using the perfect world example, so you are simply missing my point.
The basis of M-84 is T-72M and I am sorry but even with modern thermals and ERA it should be on 11.3 at most, we are now getting new rank with most likely even more powerful MBTs. The 11.7 in suggestions is extremely stretching it even if the ERA is as powerful as relikt how it will perform with much weaker base armor?
Did you just brought up subsonic CAS aircraft when I was talking about top tier vehicles?
To be clear, both Israel and China has IRL quite strong naval forces, especially China with currently the fastest growing navy with state of the art capabilities. But as of now pretty much none of the ships from both nations are viable options, since most of their ships are from 1950’s onward and with large AShM capabilities
I never stated that the community would be able to fix anything?
I am simply advocating for nations with longevity and the nations I advocate for have this.
The M-84AS2 isn’t based on the M-84, it’s based on the M-84A, which most notably received a 1000hp engine and improved frontal armor.
So no, it’s not just a T-72M with thermals and strong ERA, it would be more like a faster but slightly less protected T-72B with ERA comparable to relikt and all other modern features it has attached.
I am aware that the modern T-72s have stronger engines than what M-84AS2 would have, but M-84AS2 would be much better protected, which I argue makes them either equal or slightly better than what we have in USSR tree now.
I admit to misreading your statement here, but this still doesn’t excuse the ignorance of the rest of the tree. The game isn’t just top tier and we are entering an age where less and less nations can produce their own capable jet fighters anyways, so I don’t see the big deal when all other trees are going to get homogenised top tiers anyways.
According to the wikipedia, 1st plane will be finished in 2035, and same goes to German/French and US planes, meaning F-35 will be end of the line plane to those nations for probably over 10 years
I didn’t say Russia and China will have same planes as NATO, so idk why mention those
IDK why your even mentioning these? Like ofcourse USA, Germany, UK and France are developing new stuff, so is Czechia and Slovakia. Ofcourse not on such a scale, but still, new things are being developed. For example, Pandur II EVO, L-259 striker, combat drones with jet engines, all of these and many more are currently in decelopment by Czech companies.
Oh, and also, Strv123 is quite literally an upgrade of Leopard 2, on par or even worse than Leopard 2A8
Easily. By buying foreign arms and developing and producing their own, just like they did until now. Actually, all things considered, Czech Republic will have one of the most well equipped armies in 2030, having stuff like Leopard 2A8, CV-90 Mk.IV, Pandur II EVO, AH-1Z, UH-1Y and F-35. It would also have a preety strong lineup in-game.
You seem to be downplaying capabilities of the ,king in the castle” preety heavily…
There’s also the Serbian modernised MiG-29, so there’s still some options for non-copy and paste at top tier.
I uhh, can’t speak Russian…sorry
Considering how Gaijin gave Japan the F-16AJ there could be the possibility of Novi Avion taking form too, though I don’t like to assume that paper aircraft would make it to the game.
There are options that wouldn’t leave as large a gap as Japan would have without the F-16AJ, so I doubt it would come.
@gromvoiny can we make the question quick and ask while US and UK be the only rank 7 premiums that will be added? since you already confirmed russia isnt receiving one this update
Gromvoiny answered that there won’t be a new top tier GF premium for USSR this update.
I’m not sure about the M84AS2 transmission but I thinking still has the abyssmal T-72 reverse speed. AFAIK only T-72 with decent reverse is T-72M4CZ which have Challenger 2 engine and transmission
I haven’t yet seen footage of M-84AS series reversing, but it is safe to say it likely retains the terrible reverse gear
If it wasn’t the case it would’ve likely been shown off more
That’s why I was confused cus I was talking about China not the USSR…
Thank for your help!
Maybe you are confusing the USSR with China? Because that answer is about how Russia is getting no rank 7 premium
It has same transmission as every Russian T-72, thats why it can’t reverse. You need to change not just the engine but mainly the transmission, hence the Czech T-72M4CZ is the only one that can reverse. Under the hood it has lots of from Challenger 2
