of course we arent in need as much as israel, uk and france. But just saying we aint US, italy or Sweden with multiple top tier lights and 11.3 ones

Yeah, but today i dont think it would be great idea to add Ukraine into russia TT. Not only due to IRL stuffs, but now Russia would have most of top tier MBT from other countries, giving reason to players no play them at all. Why play other nation when you have in Russia TT T-80BVM, Abrams, Challanger, Strv 122/Leopard 2A6, Bradley, CV9040?

They certainly can, but getting ones from Russia is probably the one that will make them receive the least DDoS attacks.
So as a matter of practicality i get it. Tho they can also get vehicles from other nations like they got from Checkoslovakia and Egypt
god I just hope we get a warrior CTAS or AJAX soon because have only a single tank that can break 50kmh past 10.0 is painful

That’s the entire idea of this concept: you pick either to play USSR + Russia or USSR + Ukraine in these examples, but can’t mix any of those sub-nations with one another

Looks good, but my first question is how does the system account for changes in allegiance before/after the cold war?
IMO modern Ukrainian and Polish vehicles shouldn’t be in “team Russia” in top tier, but in a cold war setting I’d be fine with it.

Hell, in possible future trees it could even work for Yugoslavia, where you could split the successor states too
can always change, besides that SA is quite some time ago, at one point they need to do that. They offical stated that each rank is only allowed to have 3 vehicles in a line, and more then +3 foldered vehicles in each is just ridiculous
Then what about WW2? Russia and Germany would be on same team at the start becuase they were allies. But then enemy. Would France fight on the side of Germany becuase they occupied them? Same with Russia before they push them back?
Its possible, but probably more likely to have token vehicles added to the Swedish tree.
And that will probably be the case for most nations that exist and werent exactly happy about the whole USSR thing. Mostly a case of practicality

The person who made this screenshot imagined that these sub-tabs would count as separate nations, but that would be matchmaker hell.
Personally I don’t think it’d be an issue to have Russian and Ukrainian tanks share a team, just as China and Japan or forbidden Germany and Israel can share one, so long as lineups don’t mix I think a lot of the controversy regarding some of these nations could be avoided.

I have the same thing with Czechoslovakian vehicles. But same with Polish one.

My opinion in the matter is self defeating.
I’d only seriously play the USSR if they got NATO compatible vehicles, but they shouldn’t get NATO compatible vehicles because they already have enough to be added without them and they can get their own tree.
Example being the T-84 that can use either 125mm or 120mm.
