Yeah which we are likely not close to yet.
Though if the US is getting the F-15 I think there is a 99% chance of there not being any F-18 in the update.

They would add it when the F2 Mitsubishi comes and the can be next year March/June Update.
It is around the corner.
I doubt AESA radars would come that early.
