I mean, a base VT-4 is a worse ZTZ 99 right? And China still has better tanks like the VT-4A1, VT-5 etc.
So as long as it’s added to China too and not only to Japan I don’t see the issue making it any different than the Ki-43 in the Chinese tree for example. Or for a more modern example the Chinese F-16 due to their Taiwan line, also fighting with the PRC in game. Just like the F-16 is Taiwanese the VT-4 would be Thai.
