No. But whatever they made, would not have been the same, especially in the actual flight model and flight computer parameters without it.
Again, the F-35 as we know it today would not exist without the Yak-141.

yea Paveways are a lot more useful than the TV guided bombs because of the extended lock range a Targeting pod offers
then also remember how AiM-9L came to weak airframes first, this can also happen to the Fox 3s with an AV8B bring capable of carrying them
and then 9Ms came to only the F16s and second generation harriers

and I gave you counter examples there are far more times then not when the US and Russia get all the new fancy toys then when they dont, and I know damn well if ARH missiles come there will be massive community backlash if the Russians and the Americans dont get them
The 2A7V will very likely have the same add on hull armor as the strv 122.

at least a decent few images I have seen i dont see any additional armour on the hull, and then others I seen this block on the front plate but it doesnt look like the Strv 122 package
You weren’t looking at the 2A7V, then. I just looked and found quite a few images of it with the add on armour.
then you saw a 2A7 and not a 2A7V
no I am just saying that I doubt gaijin will be smart enough to actually add ARH missiles slowly to older airframes, instead it will be like when they added IRCCM and just give it to the top fighters making them even better
