why not? they can just raise the br and call a different bracket top tier
at the moment (imo) the top tier bracket for ground is 10.7-11.7 as theres no premiums above or at 10.7

Also BvvD said they are working on the Leo 2A7 which could be Germany new top tier and that lines up to what Smin have said about getting some leos this year.
