No, neglect would mean they aren’t adding or working on anything. They did add vehicles and introduced fixes, just not where they were needed

But it’s often too little and too late. CR2s are still in a dreadful state. Most British aircraft have more missing features than features. Even naval we aren’t that strong at the moment because of the Hood shell dispersal nerfs. It would be good, just for one, single, update. Britain got something good. That doesn’t mean an A2A fighter that can wipe the floor with everyone else. That just means something interesting, something unique.
The Tornado Gr1 had potential to be a powerhouse of a CAS jet when it was added. But it doesn’t even have chaff currently
