Next Major Update - Rumor Round-Up and Discussion (Part 1)

Nothing out of the ordinary…

Not yet, a selection phase is ending, between FC-1, F16 and Hal Tejas. There is an intense geopolitical struggle between China and the US…

Spoiler

Just a month ago the US formalized its proposal, the last one that was missing, being approved by its congress. Right now we are in a government change, and the new president has already taken a stand for the US, but he only takes office in December.

He was sent to the gulag, don’t invoke him!!!

So MLU standards, well gonna be intresting, but propably will still take a good while until it is finalised

As long as the don’t plane to use these jets for the wrong reasons they should get the f16s

Westland Wessex HU.5, the armed variant:

( 2.7.0.55 new - Album on Imgur )

They’ve been talking abt adding it atleast as far back as 2019, but it reappearing on one of Oliviia 's " actively developing " leaklists counts in favour of it coming too.

idk man, I’d rather have a Usable Starter heli

I thought the HAS.1 and HAS.3 were the only ones to be armed

Uh, yeah, about that, britain doesn’t really have an alternative to the Scout in that spot

in the meantime i hope for the H145M and that it gets its smoke grenade throwers

The HAS models had antisubmarine armaments; HU.5 was given AS.12 and machine guns as it 's role was special operations support, similar to the AH-6 or the more recently added MH-60L.

Ah, aight. That would fit inbetween the Wasp and the Lynx I guess

That’s right, I wouldn’t expect it soon…

In the meantime, gaijin can give us the A-4AR :)

What BR would you put it in?

That’s the point… it is still an A-4M in terms of flight performance

fortunately for balance reasons it can only carry 2.

How about a aircraft that can get grenade launchers :P

no idea if that exists, my knowledge is more ground heavy
