That does not change the fact that it would be very effective at top tier, regardless of its BR and rank.
Sexy.
Thats the CV9035 MK4 MLU no?
you dont need to be top tier, its need to be good enough to be played in top tier, look at the BMP2m, its not top tier BRed but it can dominate a max BR game.
Yeah, CV90 BILL has most of that as well.
Fire and forget missiles don’t exceed 10.7 currently on a hardkill APS platform.
@GetoDac
BMP-2M cannot dominate top BR games.
Yet the Bill lacks armour the ability to fire on the move and launcher its atgm on the move as well as not having the top 40mm apfsds round… but yeh totally the same…
It would still be capable at top tier, and that is all that matters, and are you having a laugh, mate? The BMP-2M is an absolute menace at top tier, especially on maps with lots of flank routes.
I have a marvelous time with the bmp2m and bmd4 at top tier, quite fun and very much so effective
I don’t know… it’s a new project from BAE systems.
It’s currently called the CV9035NL, but it will be one of the most modern IFV’s in the world, since the Netherlands is going to equip it with Modern Dutch Technologies.
Its called what I said the MLU stands for Mid Life Upgrade I believe
No, BMP-2M is fodder, just like all IFVs. That’s why they’re rarely seen above their BR, and I haven’t died to an IFV in top BR in so long I forgot.
@GetoDac
One day you’ll get to the top, don’t give up.
I’ve completed 6 tech trees, and am working on the last 4 over mid-way through each.
CV9035NL is the current service variant excluding MLU upgrade package.
Yeah.
Fodder… OK how about the 2S38…
The AJAX haters calling AJAX fans like myself names… childish.
The new models will recieve: active protection system.
The 35mm cannon, the Bushmaster III, is tilted 90 degrees and pushed forward. This gives the crew more space and improves the ammunition supply. In addition, the FN MAG machine gun has been moved from inside the turret to a pod outside the turret. Due to the relocation of the FN MAG, fewer shooting gases now end up in the vehicle, which is also a significant improvement for the crew.
In addition to the modified tower, some sub-systems have also been added.
First, the rocket launcher. This missile system is able to carry and fire 2 Spike missiles.
Secondly, an Active Protection System is installed. This system (Elbit Iron Fist Light Decoupled) intercepts incoming threats in the form of ATR (Anti Tank Rockets) and ATGM (Anti Tank Guided Missile). The CV9035NL is the first operational vehicle within NATO to use this system.
The vehicle will also have access to an EOPS (Electronic Optical Panoramic Sight), a system that gives the commander a stabilized image of his environment over long distances. This system has a day camera system as well as a thermal image and an LRF (Laser Range Finder). It is placed on a movable mast that can be moved up half a meter and provides a 360 degree view around the vehicle.
The chassis has also been upgraded. The IT network has been modernized and made suitable for future updates and expansions. It is better secured and the information provided to the crew has improved. In addition, all cameras around the vehicle have been renewed and the driver has access to a new driver camera.
With these updates, vehicle protection has been significantly improved. In addition, the effective range of the vehicle has been improved and the situational awareness of the crew has improved.
But you just spent 10 minutes saying why an IFV isn’t needed for top tier Britain… wtf are you on…
That’s what confuses me about that comment the most.
Defensive armament is the only way for a bomber to contribute to a match.
Doesn’t really answer the question as to WHY people want strategic bombers either. The gameplay would be flying over a base and dropping bombs… that’s it. You can’t even fight back against interceptors.
