Next Major Update - Rumor Round-Up and Discussion (Part 1)

The HAS models had antisubmarine armaments; HU.5 was given AS.12 and machine guns as it 's role was special operations support, similar to the AH-6 or the more recently added MH-60L.

Ah, aight. That would fit inbetween the Wasp and the Lynx I guess

That’s right, I wouldn’t expect it soon…

In the meantime, gaijin can give us the A-4AR :)

What BR would you put it in?

With AIM-9Ms at least 11.7 lol

yeah my thought was to propably restrict sparrows and aim 9ms to reduce its br as much as possivle, since its flight performance propably isnt to hot. Best guzess then maybe 10.7-11.0

That’s the point… it is still an A-4M in terms of flight performance

fortunately for balance reasons it can only carry 2.

How about a aircraft that can get grenade launchers :P

no idea if that exists, my knowledge is more ground heavy

Ermm the R 37 would like to have words with you.

The question is, do you want it to end up like the Su 39

What has the russian missle to do with this?

Don’t care if it has a low end flight performance, if it gets AIM-9Ms it shouldn’t be lower than 11.7. This “theme” of low performance airframes getting high end missiles at relatively low BRs has to stop

It’s a Belgium aircraft too

R.37 was unarmed unfortunately

Ah cheers m8 :(

No way. It should not be higher than BR 10.0. In addition, that is where it is currently needed.

No Sparrows and no AIM-9Ls then

Intressting still doubt will be all to practical

Nope, it didn’t have PD and skyflashes from the start.
*It received them in 2021, when it was already two years old.(Update Direct Hit)
