Next Major Update - Rumor Round-Up and Discussion (Part 1)

Oh aight, gotcha

M8 a year ago Italy was the sick old man tech tree where all you have at top tier was just F-104.
When the air sub tree comes it will be one of the most powerful nations and that will be wonderful.

Italy is in a much better spot for fourth gen, however, due to having used AMRAAMs on its F-16s.

All of the adf/mlu could use amraam though?

My baby come to me

Both could, however, due to America having the F-16C bl 50, I doubt the American one will get them.

Good point. Unless they give it aim120a and block 50 gets c-5?

no the only amraam capable platform in israeli service is the F-16I Sufa, from where you get the information that the Barak II is amraam compatible?

I keep forgetting about the Hungarian Gripen. Spanish F-18 is not far fetched with the VRCC

The VRCC is Italian made, so it’s not comparable.

They’ll probably keep the ADF the way it is so the US tree does not suddenly lack a 12.0 F-16 with Sparrows

Isn’t the baz amraam capable?

To my knowledge, all F-15s in Israeli service can use them, yes.

f15 would make a lot of sense this patch then. Though I’m still holding onto hope for them to get sufa and we get f18.

The F-15 makes more sense due to there being three nations that use it, so that’s what I’m expecting.

Barak II right now in service, the Barak II in reality is only dedicated for ground pound, the IAF never adopted this F-16 as a air superiority fighter they never upgraded the Barak II to fire the amraam and derby, the only F-16 capable of that is the SUFA.

actually the IAF was announced that they are thinking in ends the service life of the Barak II because the SUFA can do his role and much better. the SUFA is the successor of the Barak II.

I honestly have no idea how this wacky designation system with blocks works, but apparently the Block 25 was the first block of F-16s with AMRAAM capability and it would be weird to me if the following blocks would lack that capability
That’s why I am led to believe that the F-16D Block 40 is AMRAAM capable

yes i know but i have information that claims something different, we could get the Barak I block 40 that was updated to carry the Derbys

Man I don’t know who changed our city name from Darbye to Derby it was a dumb idea

Fair, I have no real clue about F-16s anyways, so I’ll have trust you on that

I’m just not gonna question the american ways any further as I can’t seem to find any reliable information about the israeli F-16s and the specifics of the different F-16 Blocks online anyways
