Because at that point its just comical that the Report has been shut down because of 1 Image that has literally Nothing to do with the IRST Tracking (Image as the Respose was for Identification Tracking As the Title For the Picture States) but the entire part of the optimized FCS, ATTICA, The Fact that the FCS allows the Gunner view and receive Information from the PERI RTWL. The PERI RTWL Being Made for the Leopard 2A8, etc.
Like It is just straight up blatant that the Report has not been reviewed properly and Most Important Info about that issue has been ignored.
