No its because the EAP is an unarmed Technology Demonstrator. Verses a member of the F-15 Advanced Eagle family.

Are there any plans to add more ingame skins to Italy and Israël, since their unlockable options are very limiting, usually around 3 per vehicle.
With the beautiful ones only being able for purchase with them as well.

China received a new rank IX aircraft in the previous 4 updates back to back.
That is a record in recent times.
