A final list is not yet finished in terms of what aircraft will receive the custom BR feature. As we mentioned, initially it will be a limited list.
So until we have the final list for the update, its not possible at this time to say what will or wont.

Hello, is France planned to receive any more vehicles this update?
Also, Reddit are having a completely sane discussion about the Benelux rn/s
They’re currently debating whether the Benelux should only receive one-off prototypes from now on, or whether Gaijin should just stop adding anything to the subtree altogether.
What’s sad is that these are apparently the two most popular opinions.
Stopping additions altogether would effectively punish the Benelux subtree for choices it cant control and it’s disappointing that this is the second most populair stance
I also disagree with limiting additions exclusively to unique designs. While unique vehicles should absolutely be apart of the tree, doing so would exclude most of the vehicles that actually formed the backbone of the Belgian and Dutch armed forces, leaving the subtree dominated by one-off prototypes with maybe 5 actual service vehicles, and as the PRTL is seen as a copy paste eventhough the netherlands worked on the program for 10 years alongside germany before any service vehicles were produced, that context doesn’t matter to them

Devs should consider adding R73 and CM pod on the Yak130. Also consider adding missiles on the L-39ZA

Outside of some MBT prototypes and some mock ups for export (with John Cockerill) France doesn’t have any domestic Hard Kill platforms at this time

Considering they wanted the 1A5BE (Belgium’s last service MBT)replaced with the MEXAS version witch is a one off prototype. (And as seen with the C2 (MEXAS) would be a permanent part of the tank. Saly they can’t look past vehicle family to the point they label vehicle wrong (looks at the NF-5A being called a US C&P of the F-5Ez when it’s a Canadian built aircraft based on the F-5A)
Of course they don’t want the BeNeLux to get any of there proper service vehicles as by them, the third piller of sub-trees Representation. (Without that every sub-tree including South Africa is a bad one.)
Unfortunately French mains would rather Germany (the leader of the Axis) to have unlimited access to allied equipment, hen a Allied+NATO nation to get other Allied+NATO equipment.
I will hold the US tree to their logic for the BeNeLux one day, and show them how under their logic for the BeNeLux the US tree is 100% C&P and has maybe 3 vehicles it could get.

Lets be real, the sole porpouse of the BENELUX ground sub tech tree was the premium leopards 2a4 everything else was an afterthought, literally a sub tech tree with the insane amout of 4 vehilces at launch, one was a premium and all of them just reskins

@Smin1080p_WT do you know why the Beaufort Mk VIII didn’t get the 2000lb AN-M66 that was in the bug report for the changes it is receiving this update?

Thats just not the case at all.
There were several reasons.
- Dutch and Belgian representation in game
- Future content gap options that France doesn’t currently have any domestic options to fill with (such as the AH-64E with DIRCM)
- Expansion if the WW2 / Lower BR rank options for aircraft, particularly during the era where France itself has limited options. Allowing us to supplement these BRs with vehicles like the unique domestic Fokker aircraft.
- More multirole fighter / CAS support for higher ranks, with AMRAAM armed aircraft where France typically does not have access to ARH outside of MICA. As well as a huge selection of CAS options on them too.
Sadly sub trees cant include everything at launch. They are often laying the groundwork for future plans and options that become open to that nation. It also means options in the meantime, rather than making a nation wait a considerably long time for options, such as the Leopard 2A4 premium you noted, which provided an option for those that wanted it. As all of the domestic French MBT options would be too high in BR to consider anytime soon, or too prototypical in nature that they are not viable as premiums.

Still an unpopular opinion… BeNeLux should have been it’s own thing with sub-TT’s.
I know Smin… i know what you are going to say. A TT that needs sub-trees to work isn’t viable, or BeNeLux doesnt have enough vehicles of its own…
