We don’t have V, only CM and POBIT for proper USAF/ANG. We could get the Block 60 F-16E through Arizona Air National Guard as they do work up training and FMS stuff for the USAF and by extension with the UAE and have USAF liveries on the F-16E/F but otherwise it’s just Super Hornet
