According to multiple sources, Su-27SM or Su-30SM carries max 6 (-27SM) or 10 (-30SM) R-77, but this is not so in-game, because technicalities.
The same technicalities which saw the F-15C GE getting 4x extra missiles (which, coincidentally, could also apply to F-15EX)

at this point does it matter? The Soyuz isnt exactly historical either, We are getting the F-15IA anyway

i mean the armor values, the F-15IA in the other hand not even a cockpit stick has been manufactured, or the Greek F-102 magically getting gunpods that were a field modification

They are based on sources. The ship itself was laid down, so meets the requirements for the game. Just like HMS Lion and others.
Im not sure why you are quoting aircraft, as both those and tanks have differing requirements to ships.

When carriers come,Italy can get Aquilla,and Germany will be able to get Graf Zeppelin, Peter Strasser,Weser,Jade and Elbe. Which will be probably more than Soviets could get until Baku class
