I can see the resemblance, but the one in the trailer seems way too thick and the nose doesn’t match

The extremely generic look and the silver metallic finish makes me think that it has to be Soviet

Speculated about this on discord and the best fit was a BUK M1 missile, we speculated ALCM or R-37M/33 but neither fit

Yep probably the most reasonable hypothesis, still strange given gaijin’s typical high attention to detail in these teasers
One final guess is the 9M38M1 from a naval mounted SAM
I just really dont think its a fake missile, like if it were they couldve used any number of weapons that are currently in the game
its got the body of that type of missile but most of them are too long and not chunky enough imo
