Next Major Update - "Eagle's Shadow" Rumour Roundup & Discussion (Part 2)

there amazing except when you bite them wrong and the corners stab your mouth

Reported the DSU-33s being present on JDAMs incorrectly, doubt we’ll get it for this major but there’s a chance given the requisite stuff to fix it already exists.

JDAMs erroneously have DSU-33 proximity sensor // Gaijin.net // Issues

Hmmmm… why was the update a whole GB? I can’t see any differences beyond whatever 3 or 4 plane things you are talking about!

The best looking US fifth gen is the X-32 and I am willing to die on that hill

@Smin1080p_WT How come that a source for a different version of a vehicle is allowed to be used to nerf 2A7V gun depression but a video from the Bundeswehr itself, which literally specifies 2A7V some 20-50s prior to stating -9° to +20° elevation angles “do not specify modification of the tank”?

https://community.gaijin.net/issues/p/warthunder/i/1diFn2GEpBPN

What does it say? Right, 2A7V…

Edit: The official X/Twitter page also confirms this.
{16882E13-F43F-4840-BF99-C70FF2D285D7}

Just as absurd as throwing aside the tankograd books, one of which being written by the literal procurement manager for the Bundeswehr’s Leopard 2; Frank Lobitz.

I compared the datasheet from the 2A7NO brochure (yes it’s for 2A7NO, see below) with the official bundeswehr specifications for 2A7V

In what universe do you guys think anyone is stupid enough to consider this as a primary source for Leopard 2A7V, when it doesnt even show Leopard 2A7V, nor lists specifications related to it, nor names it?

You can also literally verify in minutes that this brochure is for 2A7NO, not 2A7V; A DIFFERENT MODIFICATION OF A VEHICLE, by looking at the metadata:

{98140099-D716-44B4-9346-8908661B258A}
“Executive Summary Brochure Norway”

And yes, it says 2A8, but guess what? It’s a 1:1 copy paste:

Spoiler: see comparison

And now, take a wild guess where all the values from the “2A7” brochure are from?

right, 2A7NO

And how much of a primary source can this even be, when BRMs constantly state “oh it’s a different modification of a vehicle” for any other value in it?

Not a singular source for Leopard 2A7V was used to make this change and yet all sources specific to Leopard 2A7V are disregarded in favour of it.

How hypocritical can you even be?

Aside from “Poland should be a sub tree to Germany”

My medical professional told me not to lie about this, so I will have to remain on that hill

yas queen live your truth

No, because that is just different radar modes operating simultaneously.

If the value of a new radar is unknown, they use the value of the previous radar as substitute. It’s done for everyone pretty much.

They won’t care.

They will cling to the ONE wrong source they have not to have to revert the nerf like the fate of the universe depends on it.

We really are clutching a little here the Captor AESA is not that much better and it should be buffed as it is not operating as it should in the real world.

The one source they have is their correspondent that they trust a little bit too much.

This isn’t anything new lol
