All t72/90 have the same reload regardless of br or effectiveness, normally all platforms within the same family and gun shares the same reload.
I’m saying that if the leaked images are real, my entire discussion is based on that premise. Otherwise, there’s no point in commenting on a rumor.
Even on the leak all t90 and t72 would have the same reload of 7s…
.1 s is basically the same… giving a 5.9 s reload to the leopard 2a5 wouldnt make any difference to them, and the point still stands the t72b3 have much lower effectiveness than the t90 m and yet it retains the same reload.

This at least shows that Gaijin can differentiate between the A5 and A7 models (after all, they even distinguish between the T-90 and T-72, which use the same mechanical autoloader). Moreover, since the Leopard uses manual loading, giving the A5 a standard NATO reload rate wouldn’t be an issue at all.
All of the other NATO MBTs ( other than maybe the Abrams) needed the reload buff to remain somewhat viable against the Leopard spam.
Now they are doing the same for the T-80s. What is the problem?
Except they didn’t distinguish between t90 and t72, some got the change and some didnt… all t72b still have the samd reload as the t90 m, and even then they do have slightly different auto loaders, so there is a plusable reason as for the slight difference.
When the abrams got the reload changes all where affected, so did the arietes, there is no reason for the 2a7 to not get the same reload buff as the other leos as there is no physical difference in the inside.

which autoloader is this. Also, i thought it was 5 seconds if the autoloader has the selected ammo type in the next slot. And up to 11 seconds if the autoloader has to do a full cycle to get the round

Whydoes the T72A (TURMS + M1’s, M2) and the T90A’s + 2S25’s get a reload buff from 7.1 to 7s
But the T-72B (and 1989), B3, B3A and T90M get no change? Makes 0 sense…
I think theres a video showing the reload in less than 5s
2A5 and 2A7 are vastly different and so I think they are going move the 2A7 to 12.7 and the 2A5 to 12.3.

some of china tank Makes 0 sense too, but its a great buff for T-80s,so it make sence for player who play T-80s
The reload time of the A5/PSO should be on par with other NATO tanks. If all NATO tanks move to 12.3, that’s fine. As for the A7, its reload time can remain unchanged and it can be placed at 12.7 or 13.0.
Hopefully it will mean a BR increase for most of them. Some of them are stupidly low
Yes, for a T80 (and T64!) player, it makes life much easier (being on par with leos). I do think the T64 neeed this buff, same with the T80
