I wonder if anyone who has an issue with these minimal reload buffs has ever played any of these tanks…
Documents prove it’s 6 seconds, and videos prove it’s 6 seconds among us even if they’re not usable elsewhere.
Also, such a document would nerf Oplot as well.
I believe majority of them have faced them before and only remember the inconsistencies of their ammo detonation, though.
I agree that there are definitely some issues ( such as blacked-out ammo disappearing instead of exploding, fuel tanks eating all shrapnel, and autoloader eating shrapnel too ( none of which being exclusively a problem with Russian tanks), but the other half of the time it’s extremely easy to kill Russian MBTs, especially if you aim well.
It wasn’t leaked classified Documents? I also only ever heard of the leak for the DTC10-125 but none in regards to the Reload Time and it wasn’t 6.66 Seconds either, its 10rpm / 6 Seconds which has been made public by Chinas own Media already so its not classified
And didn’t the VT4 has one of 6.5? Reducing the 99A Reload by 0.1 Second and the VT4 to 6.66 seems more like an Meme/Troll…
You’re right that the issue can appear on other vehicles too — nobody denies that. But the frequency and severity of it happening on Russian MBTs is what makes it stand out.
When SPAA ammo doesn’t detonate, it’s usually irrelevant, because those vehicles are already fragile and die from any follow-up shot anyway. With Russian MBTs, the same mechanic directly impacts balance — they survive hits that would instantly destroy other tanks under identical conditions.
And it’s not just a small sample size either: 16 different T-series tanks in the Russian tech tree are affected by this issue — including some of the most played vehicles in the entire game, like the T-72 Turms (ranked #4 in play rate) and the T-80BVM (ranked #26).
Yes, there are a few other vehicles like the KPz 70, MBT-70, or XM803 that show similar behavior, but because Russia has so many tanks with this problem — and such highly played ones — it’s primarily a Russian problem in practice, even if not exclusive in code.
That’s why calling it “incredibly dishonest” misses the point — it’s about impact, not exclusivity.
I mean the only ones that i undertand the complains are the t64 and maybe the t80b a second is quite a big change, on the top tier t80 is barely an issue, as the only one that reloads slower than you are the leo 2v7 which are also a better tank overall
leopard A5 /A6/PSO reloads slower than 6s too… they should also get a reload buff
If they aren’t aced. But when aced, they all reload at 6s.
I don’t think they need a reload buff since they are better than Russian / Chinese MBTs in multiple ways.
These reload buffs just put some of the Russian MBTs on-par with them in terms of reload.
What do you think? How many Top Tier Tanks are aced, in %?
You need ~1,3Mio crew XP without gold
So should we balance vehicles based on their absolute maximum performance or their below-optimal performance?
just a question.
I think under 2%, because its to expensive.
Answer my question please
Answer my question please
I think we should always balance vehicles based on their maximum performance.
As for the percentage of people with ACE crews, I genuinely think the easiest fix to the problem is to just reduce the amount of RP that is required to earn them. ~50% off ought to do it.
Exactly my opinion — for me, it would already be enough if crew upgrades were also included in the -50% sales.
Yes, the game should be balanced to the maximum performance.
Okay, so then we agree here.
unfortunately , leopard except a7 reload time is bad than M1 and other NATO TANKs,but M1 reload at 5s if they aced.SO,What makes you only compare with the T-series? Are you russian or china mains? Not to mention T 80s get reload buff. Then leopaed will become even more disadvantaged
Ideally they shouldnt be the same br as the 2a7 to begin with, also it wouldnt make sense to have a different reload to the 2a7
GAIJIN may decide to ignore them,in fact ,it is advisable to identify light armor leo with A7V, T-72/90 relaod time has been divided in different .
