New USSR Buff --- Faster Reload on nerealy everything!

Please note: Sarcasm about the absolute pro-USSR strategy in this game is deliberately included in the post!!!

The latest information and leaks on YouTube show that the USSR is getting a buff on all autoloaders ==> GROUND BR DECOMPRESSION finally HAPPENING? RUSSIAN autoloader BUFF COMING?

Everything will be reduced to 6.0 sec in Rank VIII!!! And Rank VII and Rank VI will also be faster.

Wow!!!

Not only is the BUK the strongest AA in the USSR and bugs/errors in every known USSR bias not being fixed (I have plenty of evidence on this), now the autoloader times are being changed as well.

If this happens, it’s official!!! WarThunder is digging its own grave !!! The USSR must have the most and best tanks. … And please don’t say that JPN or the USA are still faster. You can bet that this will also change over the next 6-12 months.

So let’s look forward to more pro-USSR buffs and updates!!!

For myself … honest and clear bug reports are not handeld any more, and complaing about a total wrong direction this game is going no one cares !!!

Yes, they’re finally catching up with NATO powercreep.

Though you did admit everything in your post is sarcasm and untrue in your first sentence.

The fact there are bugs that reduce USSR vehicle capabilities compared to real-life is as much of an issue as it is for all tech trees, as all tech trees in War Thunder have such vehicles.

USSR of course will never have the best tanks in War Thunder because they don’t have Abrams, Leopard 2s, or even Chinese MBTs which have vastly more mobility while having at least as much armor as T-80BVM, or more in the case of VT-4.

I support Gaijin’s unbiased direction personally.

You forgot to mention China as well, unless you mean China is a sovietic republic. Regardless it’s finally time to MZ and AZ autoloaders have somewhat accuracy in their reload times, even though reload is a balancing feature. American, German, British, Italians and Japanese can have faster reload time, specially the Japanese and French as well, hopefully soon.

They went from a 7.1 second reload to a whopping 7.0 second reload. This is truly the buff everyone has been waiting for /s Atleast the VT-4s went from 7.1 to 6.66.

Still, NATO has a massive reload advantage over Soviet/Chinese autoloaders, and I don’t see the harm in a reload buff. Chinese ones should still be faster than 7.0 seconds.

Japan’s autoloader can only go 0.5 seconds faster, but due to it already being the fastest autoloader in the game for MBTs, it’s not necessary.
France already has their fastest reload rate.

NATO reload rates of manual loaders are already at the upper end for sustained fire throughout the first stage.
The fastest ever recorded speed was ~3.6 seconds for 7 rounds, which is significantly smaller than even Leopard 2’s first stage.

You find me a video where a loader goes through all 15 rounds of the Leopard 2 first stage in notably less time than 75 seconds [5 seconds per round], and I’ll support a reload buff faster than the 5 seconds on Abrams.

You cry too much, the T80’s reload improved by 0.5 seconds, the T90M’s is unchanged, the T64B’s went to 6, you cry like a child as if this were the end of War Thunder

not really, at least for the BVM because it cant load 2 darts next to each other, so should take longer to reload at a minimum

also if you want this reload speed there should be a significant delay when changing ammo types because this is only for the next round over in the autoloader

NATO mains when Russia still has slower reloads than them (but it’s closer now)
Hopefully this means we’ll be seeing a removal of the artificial Leo 2 reload nerf and have it finally brought in line with the rest of the MBTs

What? If you told me BVM can’t load 2 HEATFS rounds, or ATGMs next to eachother that’d be believable, but APFSDS makes perfect sense to load next to each other because the only thick part is the sabot which sits further back than the HEATFS casing.

do you fire all your ammo that fast? because for me the longest bust of sustained fire I need is 3-4 rounds, which as you said is less than the 7 rounds with average of 3.6 seconds you mentioned

it cannot, at least for 3bm60 as per its manual

It’s not the last time I did, but one of the times I fired 1 round after the other was on old Port Novo, and I ran out of ammo in my Leopard 2 entirely after 10 frags using 16 rounds.
After that match I swapped to 21 minimum rounds in Leopard 2s.

I come close to the end of first stages so often I only remember that instance clearly.

Specially the t64A/B which even the prototype of the t64A already reloaded on 6s

Regardless if it can or not, I advocate for a more accurate War Thunder since a few weeks ago and I hope that more people understand my point of view, even so as reload time being a balancing factor.

The manual is classified iirc, it can’t be used as a source.

I was wondering when they’d correct them, glad to see it.

there are other sources, thats just the one I knew off the top of my head

also doesnt change the fact that it cant, just makes it harder to bug report and fix it

I mean hey, if you can find primary sources (declassified) or secondary sources then I’m totally all in for it, the T-80BVM should be as accurately depicted in-game as possible (including all the negatives).

apparently this is being changed due to the devs adding an arteficial ‘search’/‘paging’ for the autoloader (as irl, tanks often carry more then one shell type) but in game almost every player brings only one type of shell. why arent NATO vehicles getting this? they didnt have this arteficial search slowdown
