In some way they are needed to help struggling nations. 2A7 helped Italy a ton, because Arietes are far from great. Although, I would’ve liked to see domestic additions being added instead, since they keep the TT more special.
Instead of adding both 2A5 and 2A6, they could’ve gone with 2A5 and new Leclerc for example.

Type 59 is similar to T54 is because it was originally design based on T54. But still have different due to type 59 have unique made in china ammo.
Leclerc is not copy-paste of M1A1 because they have different ammo type, armor, reload speed, and of course, different looking
Dont reduce uniquness to something as universal as how they looks like, and do not distortion others views
playstyle is different because the vehicles are different, isnt because of what type of vehicles they are so they plays different.
otherwise, prove how different you would play Leo 2A5NL and leo 2A5.
