New trend in the game? everyone just literally stay at own camp waiting for enemy

As the title suggests, during my gameplay today—especially on the Americas server—in almost every match, at least two teammates (and sometimes as many as half) would just camp less than 500 meters from the spawn point. They wouldn’t attack or even try to capture objectives, and by the end of the match, they’d have 0 kills, 0 assists, and 0 deaths. When I asked them what they were doing, they said they were guarding against the enemy flanking us. Is that something to be proud of? Your teammates are trying to engage in head-on combat up front and capture points to ensure our victory, while you lot act like a bunch of deserters and cowards who don’t even dare to step outside your own front door, contributing absolutely nothing from start to finish? I suggest that instead of wasting your time and your teammates’ trust in Modern-tier lobbies, you go back to the lower-tier lobbies and figure out how to actually play the game. This isn’t how the game is supposed to be.

Alright, the same goes for World War II ranks.

You are saying that low tier players are less skilled than high tier players ? Really ?

On the contrary, I believe that, compared to fast-paced, high-tier matches that rely more heavily on support items, low-tier matches are better suited to honing skills, helping new players understand the map, and improving teamwork. As for why you think low-tier players are less skilled, I’m not sure.

That’s not my play style but i understand it , when u have enemy team rushing for spawns directly instead of capturing zone some people would definitely do that

I understand that approach; countering flanking is sometimes crucial. But sitting there in spawn?

What maps was this on by the way? I can’t think off the top of my head any maps this would help on except maybe carpathians. Then again, I have never gone above 7.0
