New tech tree?

No it really does not.

For Sub Tree’s, not as much of an issue due to their size being relatively small but for countries such as India, Argentina and such this more or less depends.

I fully agree with this, let’s hope that gaijin, due to the lack of modern machines, will add some new trees to slow down the development of the game by adding the same number of machines as updates. i would love to see visegrad 4 as the new TT also i think it is the most possible one there is a lot unique machines and lots of players from which gajin can drain money.

The consolation for Yugoslavia lacking in the Bluewater department is that Sweden and Israel suffer from similar problems. Ground and helicopters are absolutely viable in my opinion, whilst the air tree would be serviceable but maybe a little lacking (but then again would have a lot of indigenous subsonic jets and one of 2/3 trees to have the Rafale depending on whether or not you include India).

I hope they add Ukraine. Ukraine would be by far the best top tier in War Thunder. Too many cool vehicles to fit in a subtree

It’s definitely going to be a sub tree.

Denmark sounds like a cool tech tree to add

I look forward to Polar d as well. Very excited for a Slovak-Czech tree as well.

Most likely would go to Sweden, under the Nordic countries umbrella.

Before adding new nations, lets improve the ones already here…

They’ll be improved in time, no need to prioritize.

Also, I’d like to see Yugoslavia or Iran added.

A new tech tree…
Well… most minor nations have been ignored for the longest time now.

France, Japan, Italy, and China still have dozens—if not hundreds—of viable options left to be added for WWII, the Cold War, the Korean War, and even the Gulf War eras. These vehicles span across ground, air, and naval forces and could significantly expand their lineups, yet many of them remain untouched.

Take Japan for example: the last WWII tech tree vehicle added for Japan was introduced back in the IXWA Strike update—four years ago—and even then, it was a foldered vehicle. That’s how neglected some of these nations are. Despite having plenty of unique and historically relevant vehicles available, many of these tech trees are left stagnant while Gaijin continues to focus on the “big four” nations (US, Russia, Germany, and Britain).

To make matters worse, when vehicles are added to these minor nations, they’re often simple copy-paste (C&P) additions instead of the unique designs that players have been requesting for years. This is especially visible with France, Japan, and Italy—nations that still have a wealth of unique, homegrown designs Gaijin has yet to touch.

If we look at the numbers:
On average, each update brings about 42 vehicles across all nations. Of these, the US and Russia typically receive 6 each, Britain about 5, and Germany about 5 as well. That’s roughly 20 vehicles consistently going to the main four nations.

That leaves the remaining ~22 vehicles to be divided across all the other nations (France, Italy, Japan, China, Sweden, Israel). Spread that out, and each of these “minor nations” gets an average of only 3 vehicles per update—and even that isn’t consistent. Sometimes those “3 vehicles” are just low-effort C&P additions, or part of sub-tech trees that don’t require as much development effort (e.g., naval lines or sub-TTs like Finland, Hungary and Benelux).

Now, if Gaijin were to add entirely new nations to the game, that limited pool of vehicles for the minor nations would shrink even further. The US, Russia, Germany, and Britain would still get their usual share—but the remaining nations would now get even less content per update.

And honestly? I don’t think that’s a good idea. Gaijin already shows a lack of commitment when it comes to fleshing out these smaller nations with meaningful, unique content. Adding more nations at this point would only make the problem worse. Instead of spreading themselves even thinner, Gaijin should focus on properly expanding the existing minor tech trees with the hundreds of historical, unique vehicles that are still waiting to be added.

Turkish tech tree would be very good for War Thunder

I’d like to see independent Yugoslavia and an Iranian sub tree.

No idea what they are going to do with it…
Probably not for WT.

Enlisted crossover or infantry testing for warthunder/j

I feel like there’s quite a few tree options but the main issue is that it would require conglomerate trees consisting of several nations.

For now, Yugoslavia is probably the closest to being a new tree, the small navy not being an issue as Israel passed.

A Czechoslovakia and Polish tree could also work (could also squeeze in Ukraine possibly).

If conglomerate trees do become available, I’m hoping for a LATAM tree.

Poland it self doesn’t really have an issue of being an independent tech tree, Czeckoslovakia does kind of, they just need a top tier MBT that’s it, so we will either have to wait for Czech 2a8 or Slovakian K2PL. If these tech tree’s were to be combined then it would be perfect. Still hoping for a Visegrad tech tree though. 🤞
