The faster speed is for a modernized variant of the missile not present in War Thunder IIRC
That Romanian Gepard-R would be awesome. I’d not heard of it before, but a modernized Gepard with Strela-2M copies would be amazing!

i love the iar 93, up at my top 5 planes in 2nd behind AMX, especially IAR 93B with afterburner…
