It is also worth mentionning that the RPK-10 bomb pylons found on the Mirage 5 and Milan could also carry fuel (110 UK Gallons / 500L).
Mirage III/5 also had much smaller fuel tanks available too (possibly 500L/625L)

Probably should add the F3/ADV Tornados on there too. Only the F3 Late got the Hindenburg tanks, and it would actually be very useful to get them on the 12.0 ones too

I’ve been waiting for the F-4 Phantom’s outer wing drop tanks for a really long time. They’d help out on bigger maps and sim too.
Where you usually use even less fuel per sortie than a match of AirRB unless you’re doing some weird stuff to the detriment of not helping as much
What if you want to bring a lower internal fuel, so when you get into a fight you can drop fuel tanks for less weight
I do that with 1 tank at most, 2 or 3 is just too much added weight for me (just the tanks themselves). If I ditch most of my fuel every time I need to engage someone, I would not be able to do much the rest of the match.
There are use cases where bringing 2-3 fuel tanks would be useful, like if you are rearming at the airfield and you suspect you will be spawn camped so you bring minimal internal fuel just in case.
But outside of that, carrying the extra weight is detrimental in the long run for me. For most jets I usually use 20-25min internal fuel + 1 centerline fuel tank.
On nuclear thunder I often just run 20min of fuel total

May it be worth mentioning the curse tanks?
Whilst they dont look that good, it would extend the EFTs range without giving up a weapon station, and for something like full size NE, that might be notable.
bro this is the first time in my life i see a eurofighter with external fuselage tanks the f16 normally has with certain operators i didnt even know that thing exists
Its rather new and im not sure any of the major operators have even purchased them yet.
Rafale can get them too
F-18, F-15, F-16 all have conformal tanks as well.
Ive seen rendering for what they might look like on the Gripen, but I dont think its gone any further than that.
Its becoming more and more common
