Fun and Engaging are not the words that should be used with CQB at top tier… I just hope they haven’t messed with red desert too much as it was one of the last few large maps that were still fun to play at top tier…

There is about 120 HORRIBLE maps that had nothing to do with the players and you think this is our fault and not the devs?

people like the red desert sniping? I played it once and never got sniped tried sniping never saw anyone got bored followed an enemy t-80 died to a BMPT its a pretty boring map the way it is but darwin hill map looks decent for sniping

Red Desert is one of the last maps I’ve really enjoyed, because it’s not a brainless armor slugfest

its not a armor slugfest its a camping slugfest and armor still matters in those maps I don’t find waiting on the top of a rock for 10 mins fun at all for just 1 kill or nothing I thought my teammates afk win I played that map nobody was rushing points

its not ruined its just changes there are still a few maps like it that actually have cover and great camping spots but a Yellowstone map would fix the problem of people being bored and sniping but idk if gajin can call it yellow stone so just call it a orange stone and no I’m not learning a map just for 1 kill or nothing every game I play in it urban maps are much more alive you just want maps that take 0 skill but aiming and clicking
Red Desert has plenty of spots to bring the fight closer to enemies

There’s enough maps for the people who want to hold W and click. I want a game where things matter, like paying attention to surroundings, situational awareness, planning, not just an armor slugfest of ‘muh armor thick’
you’ve got to be trolling bro situational awareness on a map of you sitting on a rock watching a Abrams 3km away from you waiting for spawn protection to be removed you like this slop I cant say how many people have red desert map banned or down voted on map prefences menu its a uncooked map that people somehow enjoy because it takes 0 skill 0 effort that you can problaby order fast food to your house before you can get a single kill

I like to go through the middle to catch the people who found a ledge off guard from the side, sometimes move up the ledge myself to take care of people from the opposite side of the map
It’s really a case of ‘don’t camp’ on a map that lures you into thinking camping is correct
camping is the only thing other people do so why sit around waiting to get blow up by a BMPT on the ground guarding the points so on the old version camping is defently what you shouldnt do but its what people do do because its lazy and takes no effort or skill for anything
