Netcode is everything thats is not client side but serverside. It Encompases many things. Communication between server and clients,. communication over the server between clients, Calculations on the server, distribution of the data to the clients and much much more.
Absolutelöy pointless to define a term which encompasses more than 50 different topics all of which have more percise definitions themsleves.
But if you want to. My specific issue concerns Server side calculation and data distribution of Shells and flying objects to the clients and between the clients. It does not concern data regarding vehicle location, foliage data and others.
Why did you not say this from the start. Why did you just Say “Oh Netcode the Netcode is trash Gaijns coding is bad”. Netcode is a buzzword, which is exactly why i asked you what you meant by it. Noone outside of Gaijin knows what their internal systems are like, so telling them to copy from other multiplayer games might be applicable, but it also might not be, neither you nor i know. Screaming into the void about netcode is pointless, as it is not constructive criticism, and there is no detail for someone to look at and begin troubleshooting with.
