Every Russian tank after 9.7 need to be reworked and brought up in BR (Reduction in armour if kept at the same B.R). Most if not all of the Russian tanks between 10.0 and 11.7 need to be brought up in BR by at least 1.0 to improve the balance. If you want to play 10.3 or 10.7 Ground RB for example and you end up facing USSR then you already know your 10.7 MBT APFSDS just won’t penetrate anywhere, and on the other hand if they are on your team you already know they will be stealing your kills with the insane Russian bias these game developers love. I personally loved playing USSR until I wanted to research a different country. This may be your thousandth time hearing this but this is true.
