it worked more or less fine I just cut my afterburner and flared…, maybe this is the reason(I use no bol flares)

That’s the IDS. Those are large calibre flares and are very effective against IR threats
The Tornado F3/ADV mostly use BOL and those are much much weaker (and have a much shorter burn time) to that of a regular CM found on most aircraft (Though BOL flares should be equal to large calibre flares in overall effectiveness, bar the shorter burn time)

probably, he didnt specify this in the first tho, which you cant blame bc you dont want to spade all of their versions in all techtrees…

overperforming by 10-20 percent, not a lot but a decent amount. the first time they nerfed it, they nerfed it right but it was super unplayable, then they just snuck in a buff that makes it overperform again but its at least playable
in which areas do you say it overperform??

in the f4j i turn off ab and flare a lot and still r60ms hit me without any effort
considering the fact that the mig-23 isn’t the only plane that overperforms, and that other planes overperform egregiously (looking at you f-5 series of planes) imo it’s pretty fine that’s overperforming, but gaijin needs consistency when it comes to stuff like this

what. typhoon easily out rates mig 23mld even on statshark. and take statshark wtih a grain of salt, but even there the 23mld doesn’t out rate the eurobomber

even if it is, the mig23 will be food for the typhoon in pretty much every way…
both are at 30 percent, similar afterburner time is dumb becuase typhoon will be on much more fuel
