In all likelyhood, you would have been killed by any ARH, even the really weak ones like R-Darter/Derby.
At those kinds of ranges, the strongest by a country mile is MICA (it is the only ARH with a unique seeker and so is the hardest to chaff) followed not that far behind by R-77 and now R-77-1.

Yeah… It also added IR reduction code which I really hope they actually make use of
